Weight Limit: Orders under 2kg qualify for free shipping. For orders exceeding 2kg, a modest charge of $9.90 per additional kilogram applies, ensuring your pet’s favorites arrive swiftly at your doorstep.
2. Standard Shipping
Cost: Orders under $99.00 are subject to a shipping fee based on destination, weight, and package dimensions.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
Delivery Time: Expect delivery within 5-15 business days post-shipment, depending on your location. Note that orders typically leave our warehouse 2-4 business days after the order is placed.
3. Expedited Shipping
Availability: Most products qualify for expedited shipping at an additional charge, available during checkout.
Processing and Delivery: Expedited orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day, with delivery expected within 5-10 business days.
4. General Shipping Information
